Called “the unofficial First Family of the Banjo” (NPR), husband and wife Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn are widely credited for revitalizing and revolutionizing the instrument.

Known for its high-quality art and beautiful park setting, the Scottsdale Arts Festival showcases 175 jury-selected artists from throughout the United States and abroad.

A total of 10 free Sunday A’Fair events showcasing more than 20 musical acts from Arizona are planned, including blues, country, jazz, R&B, rock, soul and more.

Through his entertaining concert presentations, commentaries on NPR’s Performance Today and PBS NewsHour, books and CDs, Rob Kapilow has brought the joy and wonder of classical music – and unraveled some of its mysteries – to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
