First please check your seat location on your ticket against the list below to find your group.
GROUP A 1: Rows A, B, C—Enter through Row D
GROUP A 2: Rows H – M—NORTH PORTAL
- Odd seat numbers 1-27
- Seats 110 and higher
GROUP A 3: Rows H – M—SOUTH PORTAL
- Even seat numbers 2-28
- Seats 101–109
GROUP B 1: Rows D, E, F, G —Enter through Row D
GROUP B 2: Rows N-W and Left Box Seats—NORTH PORTAL
- Odd seat numbers 1-27
- Seats 110 and higher
GROUP B 3: Rows N-W and Right Box Seats—SOUTH PORTAL
- Even seat numbers 2-28
- Seats 101–109

Then check the show list below for your group entry time. Times for each show are updated the Monday before the performance date and will also be posted in the Atrium when you enter.
Please be ready to enter the theater at your entry time. Once seated in the theater we ask that you remain seated through the performance with your mask on. There will be NO INTERMISSION. Make sure to use the restroom and grab your water before your entry time.
Once you have entered the theater we ask that you stay seated through the event. Please use the restroom before your entry time so you are ready to enter the theater at the appropriate time.
