Members and Patrons at Box Office Window

We are currently navigating interesting waters. Normal routines changed. Ordinary tasks such as grocery shopping now require strategic timing and planning. Many of miss simple things like our daily commutes. However, the Member and Patron Services staff are truly thankful to be working with some amazing leadership that is allowing us to work from home to prepare for an exciting 2020–21 season.

At least one of our nine Member and Patron Services staff members is available at our Box Office every Tuesday through Saturday. Our goal is to do much more than sell tickets. We are here to foster relationships with you—our community—now and when you return. It is a pleasure getting to talk with you every day, assist with your questions, and go above and beyond with your ticketing needs. We have shared laughs, tears, personal stories, and have grown amazing friendships with our audience.

Please know we sincerely miss these moments with you.

While the current climate can create feelings of isolation, we want to help with that. Although we’re currently working from home, we check our email daily, and respond to voicemails as they come in throughout the day. Even if you aren’t inquiring about tickets or events, we would love to hear from you. Send us an email or give us a call just to say hello and check in. Seriously, our staff would love this!

At Scottsdale Arts we are here to do more than just present and showcase world class art. Our Member and Patron Services team is here to take your feedback, improve your experience, and share our excitement about the arts with you.

This coming season we want to get to know you and create an environment that will make you want to come by just to see us! We are a diverse team with extensive creative arts backgrounds. We would love to hear your stories and share ours with you as well. In each of our windows this coming season, you will start to see a short biography about who we are, where we are from, and why we are more than just your ordinary customer service team. We will be stepping outside of the glass more so than ever during performance evenings to get more acquainted with you and become more than just a familiar face. But for right now, let’s start a conversation!

Thank you all for your continued support of Scottsdale Arts. We look forward to seeing you soon.
