About the Event

Free Sunday concerts return to the newly renovated outdoor spaces at Scottsdale Civic Center! Experience the best local music in a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere, featuring unique artist vendors, cold drinks at the bar, and plenty of good company. Bring your pup and lawn chair for some fun in the sun!

This show will feature indie-pop artist Joey Gutos and desert boy band King Summer.

Joey Gutos: noon to 1:30 p.m.

Joey Gutos is a guitar-based, indie-pop artist from Tempe. He makes music for the ones who strive for personal freedom and peace of mind in this fast-paced world. Whether you listen on a road trip, by the pool, or while making your morning coffee, his music is here to help you feel good.

Some of Gutos’s modern influences include Harry Styles and Dominic Fike, while his deepest musical roots are grounded in the works of Motown, psychedelic rock and folk singer-songwriters from the 1960s. Gutos has been delivering soulful performances for more than 12 years, recorded among a dozen different projects and always championed a DIY Indie attitude toward his art and music.

King Summer: 2:30 to 4 p.m.

King Summer is a desert boy band performing indie-pop music. Band members include Jacob Brown, AJ Di Domizio, Tony Di Domizio, Tyler Hunton, Brenden Lechner, and Adam Pena.
